Services include both front and back office solutions for project and financial accounting, client relationship management, employee time and expense, proposal automation, corporate and project planning, and materials management
Our Management Team
Green Kelly, LLC is owned and managed by Kelly Burns and Bill Pollock. They have worked together as a team for over twelve years at Optimation Technology, Inc. a systems integration and engineering firm headquartered in Rochester, NY. Kelly Burns as the CFO and Bill Pollock as the CEO. Optimation Technology is a fast growing firm that uses Deltek Vision as an integral part of its infrastructure. Both managers understand the needs of the professional service firm and how Deltek Vision can be used to solve them.

Kelly Burns graduated from Clarkson University with a BA in math and a MBA in business planning. She has worked at Optimation for 12 years where she manages the corporate services group at Optimation and serves as CFO.

Bill Pollock graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in engineering and an ME in engineering. He worked at Kodak, as a tenured professor at the State Univerisity of New York and more recently as CEO of Optimation.
